As the daily manager of Lille Krogs, Mia looks after both the kitchen and the service, bringing everything together to make guests feel at home. Together with Andreas Ring Hansen, Head Chef of Krogs Fiskerestaurant, she shapes a menu inspired by Danish traditions and French bistro cooking, with a particular affection for the classics. Their approach is simple: good ingredients, familiar flavours and dishes made with care, just as they should be. The kind of food that invites you to settle in, pour another glass and let lunch last a little longer.
